As a business analyst, you will develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and requirements traceability matrices (RTMs), ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
Key responsibilities include working closely with digital SMEs, testers, and application owners to identify and document business needs, owning the BRD and RTM documents, and assisting in backlog grooming and identifying minimum viable products (MVPs) for each wave.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex business challenges into actionable insights.
