Job Overview

Audit Specialists play a vital role in improving overall business performance and service quality by identifying areas of compliance, potential compliance risk areas, and opportunities for improvement through regular internal audits and investigations.

The successful candidate will assist in analysing and interpreting data, making recommendations to optimise operational efficiencies and increase performance. This will include designing, implementing, and delivering continuous improvement and training strategies to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver on recommendations and achieve improvements.

About the Role:

  • Assist in conducting internal audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and compliance risk.
  • Analyse and interpret data to make informed recommendations on process improvements.
  • Design, implement, and deliver training and development strategies to equip staff with necessary skills.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Quality Auditing or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualifications in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Risk Management desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
