
Administrative Systems Coordinator

We are seeking an HR graduate with a keen interest in system-based work and HR operations to join our team.
The Talent Enablement team is a centre of excellence for HR systems, Administration, Analytics and Remuneration.
In this role, you will provide administrative, analytical, systems and processing support to the wider team and business.
You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders and priorities, working collaboratively across offices and teams.
This is a busy role that involves:
- Managing a broad range of HR requests and enquiries
- Processing employee movements and entering data into internal systems
- Producing routine and ad hoc employee documentation
- Conducting daily, weekly and monthly audit reports to ensure HRIS (SuccessFactors) data integrity
- Contributing to the development and improvement of HR and firm processes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous administration experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and understanding of document management systems
- Experience with SuccessFactors administration (desirable)
- Interest in HR operations and system-based work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
- Analytical skills to interpret information logically
- Ambition to achieve results and contribute to business success
