The ASDC is a multidisciplinary and fluid role supporting & co-ordinating Probe's people administration transactions and systems.
The ASDC is responsible for supporting & co-ordinating people administration transactions across the full employee lifecycle as designated within Australia & New Zealand. This role will also support people management systems including but not limited to Heartbeat, HeartbeatHelp, Safetrac and the enterprise Human Resources Cloud Management System (HRCMS).
This role will partner with the business to effectively support & coordinate people administrations systems, processes high volume, short turnaround administration ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Modify, maintain, support & coordinate people administration & systems to ensure all People & Culture transactions are delivered on time with accuracy of all data. Enhance administration, systems and processes in flight, as required.
- Assist and support the Administration Service Delivery Manager, team and the Manager, People Systems with various administrative and system tasks.
- Support the Administration Service Delivery Manager to develop team members and enable them to provide the best administration service to the business.
- Partner with Stakeholders to provide high quality administration services.
- Support Probe's managers and stakeholders by providing guidance and advice allied to People &
- Culture systems, administration processes & requirements.
- Focus on efficiency and effectiveness across all people administration systems and team administration tasks as required.
- Ensuring all Probe policies and procedures are adhered to within the Administration team and in the delivery of all People & Culture administration.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Demonstrated skills with coordinating functions and supporting an Administration Team in a high volume and short deadline setting.
- Relevant experience in a high volume administration position, preferably coordinating service delivery of a team in a People & Culture/Human Resources Environment.
- Experience working with a range HR administration systems with exposure to Workday being preferable.
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
