About the Opportunity

A strong growth phase is underway in our business, with multiple operations working more closely together as part of a centralised group shared services team.

This role will provide hands-on generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders to deliver consistent and practical HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Lead or support change management initiatives to align organisational processes and cultures.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and induction processes alongside the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Coordinate performance and salary review processes, and provide advice on employee relations matters.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives including surveys, action planning and culture-building activities.
  • Contribute to the alignment and improvement of HR policies, procedures and templates across the group.
  • Prepare HR metrics, workforce data and reporting to support strategic decision making.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR or advisory role (manufacturing or resources sector preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change or culture alignment projects.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and core HR processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills – able to influence, coach and guide leaders through change.
  • HR qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience using HRIS systems desirable but not essential.
