About This OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth and expansion through acquiring and maintaining relationships with key employer partners. You'll have a proven track record in business development, including identifying, pitching, and closing new opportunities. As a strong communicator and influencer, you'll be able to engage and influence key decision-makers, combining confidence with a strategic mindset to win new business.
Main Duties:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
- Pitch and close new opportunities with existing and prospective employer partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and HR managers.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in the Fitness Passport management system, tracking employer relationships and performance.
