About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team at Iaawg. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Homelessness Service in Brisbane, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement effective program strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver program services and outcomes.
  • Service Coordination and Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and other service providers.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Financial Management and Reporting
    • Manage program budgets and financial resources to ensure effective use of funds.
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to stakeholders, including program outcomes and financial performance.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure program services meet organizational standards.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery and outcomes.
Requirements for Success
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, human services, or business administration.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, leadership, and service delivery.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
    • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to homelessness and social services.
