Role Summary

The Data Strategy and Governance Lead will collaborate with clients to understand their business ecosystem and goals, and leverage this understanding to co-create data and technology strategies aligned with their objectives. This includes defining a clear vision for the client enterprise to become data-driven and aligned with the overall business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a consultant, with a proven track record of creating data strategy and solutions that drive business value. They will be responsible for formulating data governance strategies addressing security, privacy and compliance requirements.

Additionally, the Data Strategy and Governance Lead will enable capability building in data strategy and governance, growing the next generation of data strategists. They will create differentiated assets in data strategy and governance to take to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data strategy and governance plans to drive business value
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business ecosystem and goals
  • Define and implement data governance strategies addressing security, privacy and compliance requirements
  • Enable capability building in data strategy and governance
  • Create differentiated assets in data strategy and governance to take to market

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a consultant with a proven track record of creating data strategy and solutions that drive business value
  • Strong understanding of data platforms and technologies
  • Experience in providing advisory and consultative guidance for clients and cross-delivery teams
  • Ability to lead technical teams and drive projects to successful completion
