
Supporting Independence through Behaviour Intervention

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in behaviour support and a passion for working with individuals with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Functional Behavioural Assessments: Develop and implement functional behavioural assessments and behaviour analysis support plans to meet clients' goals.
- Collaboration and Consultation: Liaise and consult with clients, allied health professionals, carers/family members, relevant agencies, and government departments as appropriate.
- Direct Behavioural Interventions: Provide direct behavioural interventions in group and individual settings.
- Program Design and Implementation: Use behavioural, psychological, and evidence-based theories to develop and implement program designs and interventions.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
