About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behaviour Intervention Specialist. This role involves working one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, or our centre, implementing high-quality Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) sessions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with challenging behaviours and be able to commit to this permanent part-time position for at least 12+ months. The successful applicant will also require a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing ABA sessions in a 1:1 environment
  • Collecting, recording, and graphing data as advised by the Behaviour Support Specialist
  • Implementing Behaviour Intervention Plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Licence to work in Australia
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
