At Fuse Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing industry division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless payroll processes for our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience working on payroll system integration, optimization, and improvements. Your expertise in ADP and Workday will be essential in collaborating with our offshore payroll teams to ensure compliance with Victorian EBAs and legislation.

You will lead integration efforts between e-time (clock-on-clock-off) and ADP payroll systems, work closely with ADP to implement and configure pay rules, and analyze payroll data from Workday to identify discrepancies and trends. Additionally, you will provide training and support to our offshore payroll team to ensure their understanding of local payroll laws and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with Victorian EBAs and legislation, particularly for offshore payroll teams.
  • Lead integration efforts between e-time (clock-on-clock-off) and ADP payroll systems.
  • Work with ADP to implement and configure pay rules, system flexibility, and ensure effective integration.
  • Analyze payroll data from Workday to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams to resolve payroll issues and optimize processes.
  • Provide training and support to the offshore payroll team to ensure understanding of local payroll laws and requirements.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
  • Experience working with ADP and Workday.
  • Experience working on payroll system integration, optimization, and improvements.
  • Excellent understanding of Victorian legislation, NES, and common law.
  • Advance skills in Excel and data reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
