About The Role">
A Senior Operations Manager will oversee a dynamic team and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care in a safe environment; you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including delivering quality care, managing performance, and leading staff development.

Duties">
- Collaborate with the Care Manager and clinical staff to ensure services align with individual resident needs and standards.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance resident experience and care outcomes.
- Ensure all feedback, concerns, and complaints are addressed promptly and in accordance with guidelines.
- Provide operational support, guidance, and leadership, including being available as needed.
- Manage key metrics, ensuring optimal performance.
- Monitor and manage performance, ensuring targets are met.
- Lead recruitment and retention initiatives to build and maintain a strong team.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by mentoring staff, setting clear expectations, and providing feedback.
