We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Operations Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retirement villages.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the village manager in driving sales and enhancing the overall resident experience.

You will also play a crucial role in managing a small team, engaging with the community, effective financial management, meeting with resident committees, conducting self-assessments, engaging with residents and families, maintaining occupancy levels, building referral networks, and problem solving.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in a similar position, strong financial acumen, compliance knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

This is a full-time position requiring Monday to Friday availability, with occasional evening or weekend work outside of regular hours.
