Overview
Our client is a privately owned & operated construction (new build), refurbishment and interiors fit-out company who deliver a diverse range of projects throughout Australia.
The company has grown from strength to strength since its establishment over 30 years ago. They have successfully delivered iconic projects ranging from $1 Mill to over $30 Mill in value and have won multiple industry awards for many of their landmark builds. Projects span across commercial, retail, government, education, aged care, residential, and industrial sectors for both private and public clients.
They pride themselves on their collaborative, close-knit team who are passionate about quality delivery. With an increase in new project awards across the Central Coast and Newcastle region, particularly within the Commercial, Automotive, Religious, Industrial, Child Care, Education, Aged Care, Health Care & Governmental sectors, the business now has a need for a Senior Project Manager to join their already successful team.
Responsibilities
Oversee single or multiple projects (depending on project size)
Management of site teams
Prepare construction programs
Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally
Manage budget and financial aspects of projects
Oversee costing and quality control
Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Role Requirements
Minimum of 4 - 8 years' experience in construction (new build / or fit-out / refurbishment experience)
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Extensive experience across commercial, retail, government, education, aged care, residential and industrial projects
Strong working knowledge of contract administration, estimating, programming, subcontractor management and client liaison
