Retail Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced retail store manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coaching a team of up to 20 members, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintaining exceptional store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Liaising with stock allocators to ensure optimal stock levels throughout the store.
  • Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and team compliance.

  • Has demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of team empowerment.
  • Prioritizes customer satisfaction and takes a serious approach to retail.
