About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Portfolio Manager to join our People Risk team in Perth and Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to achieve sustainable underwriting profit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement portfolio plans to achieve business objectives
  • Present quarterly portfolio performance to the leadership team
  • Participate in client and tender proposals, and lead Executive Partnership reviews
  • Support the integration of Workers Comp and Accident & Health products into our People Risk Strategy
  • Lead a borderless Underwriting team across Australia and the Global Shared Services Centre
  • Support divisional demand during peak periods through Underwriting activity
  • Own and drive Tech Audit processes to ensure satisfactory outcomes
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have recent Insurance Leadership experience, strong independent leadership skills, and good portfolio skills. You will also have a working knowledge of People Risk, experience leading customer engagement, and a bachelor's Degree or MBA, or a combination of Industry and Leadership certifications.
