Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
- Contribute to the growth of the Global & Corporate portfolio by identifying revenue enhancement opportunities and developing client servicing solutions.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including accurate and timely responses to day-to-day queries and policy documentation.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships, enhancing the client experience and working closely with colleagues and senior management to develop client servicing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, market updates, and new products, keeping clients informed and providing expert advice.

Requirements- Tier 1 or Diploma qualification, or intention to complete this qualification.
