About the Role

You'll work closely with our Engineering Manager for Transcription and Note Generation and team to create solutions that transform clinical conversations into structured medical documentation, allowing clinicians to focus more on patient care.

Help us re-imagine primary care by building delightful scribe experiences for clinical conversations, collaborating with AI/ML teams to implement medical speech transcription and note generation capabilities, working with APIs and services that power our transcription and note generation features, contributing to systems that ensure accuracy and reliability in medical documentation generation, and helping with performance improvements to enhance user experience in clinical settings.

  • Develop software applications using React and Typescript to support healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with a team of developers, engineers, and designers to integrate AI models into clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop intuitive interfaces for clinical conversations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Implement machine learning algorithms to improve transcription accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure reliable and accurate medical documentation.
  • Enhance user experience through performance optimization and iterative design refinement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional software development experience, with strong skills in software engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience integrating AI models into software applications.
  • Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure, APIs, and distributed systems.
