About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned pricing professional to join our Merchant Pricing and Portfolio Management Team. As a Senior Pricing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies across various customer segments, considering both profitability and overall value proposition.
  • Support and manage analysis of the competitive environment to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation.
  • Manage the delivery of end-to-end pricing value chain, ensuring processes and controls are robust and aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with domain teams to align pricing models, decisions, and changes with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in banking, ideally in a pricing or product management function.
  • Proven track record of delivery with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
