Job Description

As a Caseworker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement case plans that address their complex needs and issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advocacy and support services to clients
  • Collaborating with local community groups and services to ensure comprehensive support
