Job Title: Homeless Crisis Support Worker

Stable housing is essential for individuals and families to rebuild their lives. As a crisis support worker, you will play a vital role in providing trauma-informed case management services to women experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop client-centered case plans aligned with SHS guidelines.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients during times of crisis.
  • Build partnerships with local community services, government agencies, and NGOs to ensure comprehensive support.

Skill Requirements:

  • Qualification in welfare or a related field (TAFE Certificate IV or tertiary degree).
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a community services setting.
  • Knowledge of homelessness issues and local support services.
