Logistics and Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services.

Your typical day will involve more than just driving and delivering products – it's about building strong relationships with customers through exceptional sales and service standards.

We're looking for someone who can multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgency, has a customer-centric mindset, and is comfortable working independently.

You'll need to have a current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred) and previous experience in a trade/mechanical environment providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery Management: Coordinate and manage deliveries efficiently and effectively.
  • Safety First: Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high-level customer service and build strong customer bonds.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote products and marketing activities while delivering products.

You'll also be responsible for assisting the team with tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and handling customer enquiries.

Please note that this role requires lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving/machine operation.
