What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing administrative support to our busy team including data entry.
  • Assisting with daily operational tasks and learning the flow of our logistics processes.
  • Customer Service - Handling phone calls confidently, maintaining a professional and helpful manner.
  • Working across Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) with strong proficiency.
  • Reviewing and checking bills from suppliers – attention to detail and an interest in numbers will be highly valued.

About You:

  • You have excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • You're confident on the phone and enjoy problem-solving.
  • You're eager to learn and develop in the operations side of the transport industry.
  • You have an eye for detail, particularly when it comes to numbers and invoices.
  • You're a team player who thrives in a positive, supportive environment.
