This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our Richmond Head office.
- We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering dynamic customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the customer order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Providing support to our sales team by preparing proposals and generating contracts for new and existing customers.
- Liaising with our sales, production, and warehouse teams; providing relevant information for fulfilment of customer orders/enquiries.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to multitask and accurately complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, a high degree of dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness.
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in educating customers on company products and promotions, providing product advice and recommendations. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of customer queries.
