As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of products to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to develop their skills and knowledge in logistics and supply chain operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by proactively resolving complaints related to logistics;
  • Managing customer returns and collaborating with warehouse teams for efficient completion of activities;
  • Utilizing systems to record actions taken and order characteristics identified as potential failures;
  • Communicating with stakeholders on back-order management;
  • Supporting account managers on logistics-related enquiries;
  • Developing strong partnerships with materials management, transportation, and warehouse teams;
  • Building trust with field sales to increase account manager productivity and reduce inbound calls from field;
  • Handling emails in a timely manner;

You will also be responsible for supporting training of new team members and developing your skills in SAP systems, logistics processes, and business operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Solid knowledge of logistics processes and business operations;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Good communication, organization, and analytical skills;
