About the Position- Diligently investigate and manage customer complaints from initial contact through resolution, serving as the primary escalation point across various channels.
- Skillfully sell Dyson products via price matching and exclusive offers.
- Provide expert support to frontline team members on product knowledge and processes as a subject matter expert for all things Dyson.
- Offer real-time advice and approvals to resolve customer inquiries promptly and maintain a high first call resolution rate.
- You will be driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, aiming to exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills, along with conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Show a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers and building meaningful relationships.
Prior experience in call center or customer-facing roles is essential. Experience with data entry or administration, including proficiency in Excel and CRM systems, is preferred.
