Payroll and HR Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned payroll expert with a passion for human resources to fill this challenging role.
This position combines payroll management and HR support, offering a unique blend of tasks that require both technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and checking end-to-end payroll for approximately 200 employees on a monthly basis
- Calculating and processing leave and termination payments, payroll reporting to department heads, PAYG summaries, group payroll tax, award and bonus reviews
- Managing working compensation
- SUPPORTING THE PEOPLE & CULTURE TEAM WITH ONBOARDING, REPORTING AND SUPPORTING WITH THE EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE, PROVIDING A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE TO ALL EMPLOYEES
You will be responsible for coordinating and promoting the Employee Benefits Program within the organization and undertaking ad-hoc project work with the P&C team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven end-to-end payroll function in a standalone role (5+ years payroll experience)
- Experience with ADP platform
- Proven ledger and reconciliation experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office suite skills including excel
- A self-starter with great initiative who enjoys working autonomously and within a collaborative team
