Job Title: Technical Integration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for providing technical integration support for the successful deployment of new services and sites into Operations.

This role requires strong technical skills, with experience in P25 Radio / Telecommunications networks. You will work closely with customer and construction partner stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and support technicians and engineers on all technical aspects of service deployment
  • Attend customer meetings and provide reports and updates as required
  • Evaluate and escalate or flag issues to Technical Integration Team Lead and Project Managers as needed
  • Ensure completion of test requirements for pre-stage, construction, and post-construction activities
  • Raise defects and provide risk assessments as necessary
  • Assist in coordinating mobile asset deployments and technical reviews as required
  • Perform quality checks on commissioning documents completed by field teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-qualification experience in an operational or technical environment with experience in P25 Radio / Telecommunications networks
  • Technical proficiency in telecommunications
  • Ability to analyze technical results and complex data
  • Knowledge of RF & Antenna systems
  • Commissioning and site build provisioning expertise
  • Experience with IP or MPLS based networks
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate preferred
