Business Development Manager

Job Description:
Temperzone Australia is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our team in New South Wales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our commercial and residential partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the NSW market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a strong network of specialist partners, contractors, and builders.
- Provide sales training and product support to trade partners, ensuring they are equipped to promote Temperzone and Hitachi products effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver marketing strategies tailored to individual accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales plans and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of strategic account management and territory development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software, with experience in using data to inform sales strategies.
