Senior Business Performance Manager

This permanent, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Performance Manager.
You will be responsible for leading key business improvement initiatives, driving strategic planning, and providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Essential qualifications include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or an associated field
- Minimum of 7 years relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in business review or service review and improvement programs
Desirable skills and qualifications include formal process improvement accreditations, project management qualifications, and experience working with business analytics tools.
The salary range for this position is between $114,515 and $143,415 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous benefits and conditions.
