Job Overview

We are actively seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our rapidly growing team to provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be part of a specialised in-home palliative team with strong clinical support to grow and develop your expertise in Palliative care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families in the home environment.
  • Work within a specialised in-home palliative team with clinical support to develop expertise in Palliative care.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
  • Mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing with a person-centred care approach.
  • Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to address care requirements.
  • Current driver's license and ability to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland.
