End of Life Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized end-of-life care to clients and their loved ones in a home environment.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and address client needs effectively.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid licence and certificate in the employing state.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing with a patient-centered care approach.
  • Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to address client requirements.
  • A current driver's license and ability to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland.
