About the Role

The Outbound Sales Consultant position at ACM Parts is a key contributor to our growth strategy in the Australian automotive repair industry. This role focuses on executing sales programs targeting Collision and Mechanical repair businesses.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound telephone sales and a strong understanding of automotive parts. They will be responsible for conducting daily telephone calls, delivering sales metrics, and liaising with stakeholders to support business growth.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Customer Outreach: Conduct daily outbound telephone calls to meet sales volume expectations.
  • Sales Performance: Deliver daily call activity, conversion rates, and sales metrics to inform business strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key stakeholders to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Support: Provide daily and weekly summaries of sales activity and progress to inform business decisions.
  • Marketing Support: Utilize promotional campaigns to support identified sales growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in outbound telephone sales and knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high computer proficiency, and the ability to build business relationships over the phone.
