About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in the Mechanical Division. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for executing outbound sales programs targeting Collision and Mechanical repair businesses in our Automotive Repair Segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outbound telephone calls to engage with potential customers and grow our business.
  • Deliver daily call activity, conversion rates, and sales metrics to support sales growth.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to support the growth of sales as required.
  • Advocate for customers through sales management and provide daily sales and activity progress summaries.
  • Utilize promotional campaigns to support identified outbound customer growth.
  • Provide input to script development to maximize breakthrough to marketing.
  • Support the National Sales Operations Manager as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in outbound telephone sales.
  • Knowledge of and experience with CRM systems.
  • Automotive parts/panel knowledge - able to interpret parts preferably.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in building business relationships over the phone.
  • High computer proficiency.
  • Personable and patient.
  • Attention to detail.
