
Regional Commercial Operations Expert

This is an exciting role for a Contract Manager who can drive commercial operations and risk management initiatives at various stages of deals.
The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and redlining customer terms and conditions, ensuring an acceptable risk profile for the company.
They will lead and finalize contractual schemes, engage with stakeholders, identify and register risks, and develop consistent operations in line with policies and metrics.
The ideal candidate should have strong contractual and negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of electrical transmission or power projects.
Additionally, they should be able to think strategically and be operationally rigorous, with independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university is essential.
At least 10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Contract Management, Risk Mitigation, Tendering, Bid management, and/or project management roles from energy industries such as Grid, Wind, Power, or Oil and Gas is required.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing small to medium projects/deals, particularly in developing and structuring complex proposals.
