About the Role

As a Family and Relationship Services Practitioner, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to support healthy relationships, prevent family breakdown, and enhance wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counselling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Support families affected by domestic and family violence, separation, and child protection matters
  • Conduct intake, risk assessments, safety planning, and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver holistic support
The Ideal Candidate:

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or Behavioural Sciences
  • Strong knowledge of DFV, Child Protection, and Family Law legislation
  • Proven counselling skills including family systems and brief solution-focused practice
  • High-level communication, interpersonal, and professional integrity
