As a technical expert in product support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers across the APAC region to deliver exceptional service and support.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for acting as the technical lead for product support projects. This involves collaborating with engineering, procurement, and workshop teams to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading investigations, managing upgrades, and driving improvements based on real-world feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Lead: Act as the go-to technical expert for product support projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Investigations: Lead investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Upgrade Management: Manage upgrades to ensure seamless transition.
  • Improvement Drive: Drive improvements based on real-world feedback.
  • Inventory Planning: Support inventory planning to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and continuous improvement.
