Hotel Porter

We are seeking a Hotel Porter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be part of a world-class hospitality organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

About the Role

This role involves monitoring and directing vehicle traffic on property, parking and retrieving guest cars, supplying guests with directions and information, and assisting with loading and unloading guest luggage.

You will also be required to respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation or reservations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and direct vehicle traffic on property to maintain a smooth flow
  • Park and retrieve guest cars from designated areas
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and local areas of interest
  • Assist with loading and unloading guest luggage to and from guest rooms
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Requirements
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification
  • Unrestricted WA Driver's Licence
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local area
  • Passion for customer service
