Enterprise Marketing Lead

This strategic B2B position owns and drives the marketing strategy for large enterprise customers, including Corporate, Recruiter, Healthcare and Government segments.

You'll lead integrated marketing initiatives to achieve growth, acquisition and retention goals while building strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Customer Service and Customer Success teams.

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive segment marketing strategies for managed account customers, incorporating market insights, competitive intelligence and customer research to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build productive relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver initiatives that support customer and commercial opportunities.
  • Localized Propositions: Partner with Product Marketing to localize propositions and launches, while curating compelling content for customer events including industry insights, product demonstrations and employment trend data.
  • Actionable Marketing Strategies: Translate customer insights, competitive analysis and market research into actionable marketing strategies and tactical recommendations that address specific customer needs and pain points.
  • Trend Identification: Identify emerging trends and new engagement approaches to keep ahead of competitors while evolving our brand positioning with enterprise customers.
