Job Title: Enterprise Business Excellence Leader
About the RoleThe Enterprise Business Excellence Leader will report to the Executive Enterprise Operations Strategy, Transformation and Business Delivery. The primary purpose of the role is to lead and support the design, development and operations of business process management and business improvement methodologies (and alignment of capabilities) across the Enterprise.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving large-scale productivity efficiencies through interventions (lean, process, automation etc.) to drive continuous operational improvement and process uplift.
Your Key Accountabilities Will Include:- Identify Key Enterprise Opportunities: Identify key Enterprise opportunities to drive large-scale productivity efficiencies through interventions (lean, process, automation etc.) to drive continuous operational improvement and process uplift.
- Lead the Centre of Excellence: Lead the centre of excellence (CoE) that works with internal stakeholders across the Enterprise.
- Reduce Costs: Further reduce costs by outsourcing and business process simplification (eliminate waste, automate and digitise).
- Leverage Breakthrough Technology: Leverage breakthrough technology to advance the way we capture, monitor and streamline processes.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong commercial acumen, ability to distribute organisational resources that aligns with key priorities, demand and delivers productivity. You will also need to have highly developed skills in leadership, stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Strong Commercial Acumen: Highly commercial; balance cost out priorities against customer outcomes and risk (incl. reputational risk).
- Leadership Skills: Able to respond to dynamically changing business drivers and adapt capacity planning to deliver operational performance and unlock operational efficiencies for the Enterprise.
- Change Management: Able to focus and drive change effectively, including execution of productivity interventions flawlessly.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to drive execution with senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Analysis: Advocates cross-functional analysis of problems, encouraging cooperation across functions on key decisions.
- Presentation Skills: The energy, passion, and people skills to motivate change in others and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Industry Experience: Strong experience in Banking / Banking Operations.
- Transformation Experience: Demonstrated experience in transformation of banking processes and/or cost out experience in the banking sector.
- Regulated Environment: Sound knowledge of Operational Risk Frameworks, and experience working in a regulated environment.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
