The Role OverviewThis leadership position is responsible for leading a team of consultants in designing and delivering solutions that drive client confidence and business growth.
This role works closely with sales, services, and product teams to develop tailored software solutions aligning with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of banking domain consultants to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Develop and position banking solutions addressing client needs, resolving business challenges, delivering tangible value, and aligning with market trends.
- Create compelling value propositions highlighting return on investment (ROI) and competitive differentiation.
- Drive deal success through impactful solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and client engagements.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with sales, services, product, and executive teams to ensure seamless solution alignment and execution.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and communicate their business impact effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in banking or financial technology, with a strong background in business solutions and consulting.
- Expertise in core banking domains such as lending, deposits, payments, and wealth management.
- Proven leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and balancing priorities.
- Strong ability to craft and articulate compelling value propositions.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on financial services.
- Familiarity with Transact, Digital, Payments, Wealth, and AI is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Dedicate ourselves to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
