What could your next role look like?

By joining our high performing Digital Banking Team in the Deloitte Engineering, AI & Data offering portfolio, you will be working closely with our banking clients to solve complex, challenging and rewarding problems that will provide true client value and enables you to be part of a team driving innovation and client delight.

With some of Australia's best and most experienced banking tech talent already on board, the role will enable you to be a part of the local and Deloitte's global Banking communities.

We are looking for creative individuals who challenge the status quo, are excellent communicators, are passionate about solving complex business problems, have a strong drive to keep across evolving technologies.

About our team

Our specialised Digital Banking Team understand the modernisation and digitisation needs of the banking industry because we've been there. A strong foundation of banking industry experience underpins our methodologies.

We go sector and domain deep while orchestrating the right people, process, and technology to make the future real. You will be exposed to the entire spectrum of opportunities from consulting and strategy to engineering and delivery. This is a unique opportunity to help define the bank of tomorrow by combining your banking industry expertise and understanding of the disruptive technology landscape to develop strategies and operating models that enable our clients to achieve their objectives.

Not only will you be involved in defining initiatives which deliver specific business and technology outcomes, you will have a key role in influencing clients devise their strategic journeys.
