Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, or a related field.">
  • 8+ years of experience in banking or financial technology, with a strong background in business solutions and consulting.">
  • Expertise in core banking domains such as lending, deposits, payments, and wealth management.">
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and balancing priorities.">
  • Strong ability to craft and articulate compelling value propositions.">
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on financial services.">
