A holistic approach to mental wellbeing is at the heart of our organisation's mission.
Our Low Intensity Mental Health (LIME) Program offers a collaborative environment where dedicated professionals provide expert support to individuals and families in achieving their mental health goals. As a key clinician, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions that empower clients to manage everyday challenges such as stress, relationships, school, or work.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Health, or a related field, and hold a Blue Card (or eligibility to apply) for working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop awareness of mental health services and cultivate community relationships
- Deliver intake, assessment, treatment delivery, and post-support evaluation services
- Link clients to local services and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Connect with young people and adults across CALD, LGBTIQ+, and Indigenous communities
- Manage clinical and administrative duties effectively
