Administrative Support Specialist
The role of Administrative Support Specialist involves providing high-level administrative support to the Mayor, Councillors and Executive Services division. This includes preparing meeting reports, agendas, minutes and actions, as well as attending council meetings.
The successful candidate will have a certificate in business administration or equivalent experience, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Providing efficient and courteous customer service
- Preparing meeting reports, agendas, minutes and actions
- Providing administrative support to the Mayor, Councillors and Executive Team
- Assisting in the coordination and prioritisation of incoming correspondence, papers, meeting documentation, reports and outgoing correspondence
