We are seeking an experienced Wind Project Manager to join our team at Sunly, a leading renewable energy developer and operator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of onshore wind projects in Poland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Development: Lead and manage all stages of onshore wind project development, from site acquisition to project completion.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate the acquisition of required permits and approvals from regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Site Evaluation: Assist in evaluating potential project sites, including conducting feasibility studies and site assessments to identify suitable locations for wind turbine installation.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare and verify comprehensive project documentation, including risk analysis and project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including landowners, consultants, and regulatory authorities, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of environmental and technical reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of national regulations for renewable energy, especially wind power, and strong technical expertise in onshore wind energy, including recent technologies and innovations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English for effective international communication.
  • Experience: Experience with wind turbine site planning and obtaining necessary approvals, as well as proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in QGIS and WindPRO.
