Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused ES/Payroll Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Centre Support Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-notch customer service and support across Employee Services and Payroll.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional support to customers across various channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
- Document requests, resolve issues, and ensure service excellence while adhering to the Privacy Act.
- Assist in developing FAQs, complete outbound calls, and contribute to the team's success by meeting performance targets and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
