About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with medical staff, both onsite and off-site, to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate courier and medical centre collections, and provide pathology results assistance.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures.
- Liaise with laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely communication of results.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess a great blend of skills, including:
- Sound typing and data entry skills, with a minimum of 50 wpm and 98% accuracy.
- Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organisation.
- A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures.
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong customer focus.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
