Job Summary:

This position offers a unique blend of client relationship management, team leadership, and operational direction.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with major clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Set goals and KPIs for the team, mentor and develop team members to optimize performance.
  • Operational Direction: Provide hands-on management and operational guidance to the credit team.
  • Reconciliations & Reporting: Oversee reconciliations and produce monthly and year-end reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assessment: Have full control and direction of the credit assessment process - approval of limits etc.
  • Collections: Discuss escalation of debt and referral and management of process with external parties.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Strong commercial credit background with previous Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager experience.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel and other computer skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, internal divisions, and external customers.
  • AICM Membership preferred.
