RSL Queensland is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead the next phase of our Employer Partnerships Team, within the greater Vocational Program. This role is pivotal in shaping meaningful employment pathways for veterans and partners—often beyond traditional roles—by:

  • Engaging and partnering with employers nationally to source and co-create tailored employment opportunities for our clients
  • Educating employers on the unique value veterans and their partners bring to the workforce
  • Building strong networks and community relationships to expand our reach and impact
  • Developing a program framework and business processes to ensure a consistent and professional service is provided to employers, stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborating with internal specialists to identify, secure, and nurture employer partnerships across diverse sectors

This is more than a placement role—it's about creating long-term, sustainable pathways and transforming how industry connects with veteran talent.
